I've lived all around the northwest, from South Dakota to actual northern California, and I spent most of my growing up years in the Redding and Mount Shasta areas of the People's Democratic Republic of California.
I fled the Land of Fruits and Nuts to return to the free state of Montana about a decade ago, but now the battles from California are here in Montana. I've seen it all before: from the aggressive promotion of the so-called gay "rights" and transgender agendas, to radical environmentalism and even critical race theory. Make no mistake, Montana is on the road to California and our own grade schools are the linchpin to continue to radicalize our own children and grandchildren against the values of liberty and excellence that are the cornerstone of the American Dream.
I studied Computer and Software Engineering at Oregon Institute of Technology, and although I didn't graduate, I thoroughly understand the difference between the 'engineer' mindset and the 'button pusher' mindset. Unfortunately, our schools, and Lone Rock is no exception, are training button pushers.
I've worked in the timber industry, botany, and construction. Now I am the manager of the meat department for a local grocery store. My experiences are broad and varied and I've learned to think outside the box. The solid education that I've received has been invaluable across my diverse life experiences. This is the kind of solid, education that children need so that they can realize their own dreams in a harsh and unforgiving world.
