Lone Rock School Mil Levy - NO
Lone Rock is getting desperate for money, and without a levy like this, is likely to loose more (it takes more money to maintain qualifications to retain existing funding from the Covid slush funds (yes that's still going on, apparently nothing is ever "temporary"). Part of the problem is because Stevensville School is withholding the money that is supposed to follow Stevensville children when they switch school districts according to recent school choice legislation. Another part is aging infrastructure that is sometimes failing and in need of repair/replacement (as per a conversation with Codie, wife of school board member Cody Houtchens).

In my opinion, the government indoctrination mills are largely un-reformable and real school choice cannot happen without significantly replacing them with private schools and home schools. I'm also continuously frustrated by the assumption of all levels of government that the one entity that can never tighten its belt, even when times are tough, is government.
Ravali County Republican Central Committee (RCRCC) - one man and one woman - contested races only. Some of these people I know, some are known by friends. All choices represent the more conservative side of the Republican Party in Ravali County

Bob Egusquiza - Yes
Sam Foss, Sr. - No
Jeff Jones - Maybe - Jeff is a good conservative, activist and acquaintance. Jeff and Bob both signed up due to a miscommunication. Some of us are considering choosing Bob basically as a coin flip to avoid splitting the vote and letting Foss in.

Rumored to be associated with some of the left aligned Republicans
Less pro-development - uses language similar to but different from the left's "Smart Growth" ("Smart Growth" = rabbit hutches in the cities for everybody - no rural homes)

More pro-development on the grounds of property rights
Chairman of the current Ravali County Republican Central Committee (RCRCC) which is currently controlled by the left aligned Republicans - the "moderate" Republicans
Rumored to have angered some of the left aligned Republicans
Involved in various boards around the Ravali County
Makes much of his conservatism (I'm less certain)
In the immediate aftermath of Charley Kirk's assassination, he published an OPED in the Bitterroot Star calling on "both sides" to cool their rhetoric. (Sorry, there are no "both sides.")

Steve Holton - Incumbant - YES; Sheriff Holton earned a lot of credit from me when he refused to enforce Governor Bulloc's shutdown mandates during Covid. This is a man who has made a tough call bucking illegal orders from "higher authorities."
Nicholas "Nick" R. Monaco no. Monaco has a lot to prove to top Holton's Covid stand.

David Bedey - NO! - The Democrat's favorite "Republican." Based on voting records, no Montana Republican is more left wing than David Bedey
Kathy Love - YES! - Conservative. Champion of liberty. Outstanding voting record.

Michele Binkley - NO! - Left wing "Republican" more comfortable with Democrats than real Republicans. Bedey ally.
Kim Dailey - YES! - Conservative. Champion of liberty. Activist.

House District 86 (South County)
- Wayne Rusk - No - He's another liberal Republican, though not as bad as Binkley and Bedey, he's quite happy to tell two different people two different things depending on what he thinks they want to hear.
- Kenneth E Allen Yes - He's not Wayne Rusk, and he sounds like a good conservative
US Representative

Al 'Doc' Olszewski - Yes - He's longtime conservative activist and legislator, and supported by people like Manzella.
Aaron Flint - Maybe - He's a conservative radio personality and supported by the movers and shakers, but I'm not a fan of the incumbent holding on to the last minute and 'crowning' his successor.
Christi Jacobsen - no - She's been an OK secretary of state when we needed a great one. She should have already cleaned up Montana's voter rolls.
Ray Curtis - no - another 'moderate' Republican more interested in 'doing stuff' and complaining about 'division' than advancing the cause of liberty; we have better choices

Lee Calhoun - no - His campaign is abandoned, and he's a very liberal "Republican." (likes universal health care)
Charles Walking Child - no - an eclectic mix of very conservative and very liberal from a Helena lawyer
Kurt Alme - yes (if I must) - the crowned successor to Steve Danes who held on until dropping out at the last minute to keep others out of the race
